When will my box be delivered?
This is a bi-monthly box, which means you can expect your box to arrive on the odd months of the year. We do this so you have plenty of time to enjoy the destination together.
Boxes ship during the last week of the month. Please allow for processing and shipping time, especially around the holidays. We release info about the next month's box to the membership platform and subscribers Facebook group so you can get excited about what's coming your way next!
Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, you have until the 14th of the month to make any changes to your account. If you do not make any adjustments to your subscription, you will be charged for the next box. We will not issue refunds for this issue. You'll only be charged every other month, as this is shipped bi-monthly.
Is this only for families?
Single members and couples are welcome, too!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Subscribers are allowed 1 pause per year. Just write us by the 14th at takemewithyoubox@connectedfamilytravel.com and we'll pause your box for the following month. You may cancel at any time, but when you return, the pricing may be updated to our current rate.
What if I'm not happy with my box?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If we've made a mistake with your box, please let us know and we'll remedy the issue. If you're not satisfied with the contents of your box, we'd love to hear how we can improve our products.
